As Night Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the general supervision a team of night carers during a waking night to ensure that learners and citizens receive and experience person-centred.
You will be proactive in ensuring that quality care is available to all learners and citizens through the direct monitoring and management of staff performance and by acting as an excellent role model.
Please note that we are recruiting for two positions.
You will responsible for the health, safety and well-being of our residents who may be with us for further education training, short breaks or a part of independent living.
You will ensure that all staff are effectively supervised, appraised and trained and that we are delivering a high-quality level of care throughout the night. You must ensure that all staff complete appropriate paperwork and checks throughout the shift.
You will be qualified to level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards this qualification and experience working with people with disabilities, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour is desirable.
