Portland College is seeking a skilled Estates Maintenance Officer to join our fun, developing and dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in joinery, plumbing or a related field, with experience in renovations and practical DIY.


We understand that not all candidates will hold a recognised qualifications and we would encourage you to still apply if you feel you have the relevant experience for this role.


Your role would involve maintenance of buildings and the wider estate to ensure that we provide a pleasant and safe environment for all learners, citizens, staff and visitors.

Working Hours


To give you an idea of the hours we work in our Estates Team, our typical day shifts start at 6.00am until 2.00pm, 7.45am to 3.45pm, 11am to 7pm.
