Qualifications needed


It would be desirable (but not essential to the role) for you to hold a recognised qualification in one or more of the following areas; Joinery, Electrical installation & Maintenance or Plumbing.

Working Hours


Your hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week working either 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm on a rota basis. You will also be required be on call to provide out of hours cover, You will also be required be on call to provide out of hours cover, again on a rota basis generally once every six to eight weeks. 


Please Note - this role will have an additional on-call payment of £1,453.00 which will take the annual salary up to £28,016.00.
